硬性条件不满足:Required degree/background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field with solid optimization/programming; biomedical background does not meet this hard requirement.
评分理由
The position requires a strong foundation in optimization, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or economics, and strong programming skills for operations research in energy systems. A biomedical PhD applicant typically has wet-lab experimental training with no methodological overlap with the required computational and optimization toolkit. This is a non-transferable domain and skill gap that would likely prevent interview shortlisting. · 迁移评估:No transferable methodological overlap; wet-lab biomedical skills do not apply to OR/ML/HPC for power systems.
